Our beautifully furnished vacation apartment in Tallinn, Estonia, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your loved ones. This one bedroom retreat can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa sleeper. The bathroom is well fitted with all modern amenities. To take care of your culinary demands, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well.
Our child friendly vacation retreat has a TV with cable conection in the living room. Wireless Internet access is also available to catch up with emails, keep tabs on office, work or surf the web. If you appreciate fine dining, then there are many restaurants, cafes and diners nearby where you can relish some amazing cuisines and delicacies. The shopping centers as well as outlet stores are also close by where you can stock up on supplies or buy your vacation memorabilia. 2 Payment.
2.1 An advance payment of 30% is paid beforehand. The advance payment is refundable 100% if canceled 60 days before the check in date and is not refundable if canceled less than 60 days before check in date.
2.2 The remainder 70% should be paid 20 days before check in.
2.3 If deemed necessary by City Style Apartments LLC representative a damage deposit of 100EUR should be paid in cash on arrival. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property
2.4 We accept PayPal, bank transfers and cash payments. You can make a PayPal payment with one of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
2.4 Apartment rental discounts.
- if your stay is more than 3 nights 5%
- if your stay is more than 7 nights 10% discount
- if your stay is more than 14 nights 15% discount
- if your stay is more than 25 nights 30% discount
- 10% discount for ISIC card holders
