Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa or in cash.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 7 days of checkin will be charged 1 nights accommodation.
Being a small property, late cancellations affect us greatly. Cancellations made within 48hrs will incur a charge of 1 nights accommodation or 50% of booking, whichever is greater. This applies to all High Season bookings, between 20 December - 28 February. Rules: Rates are Subjected to Change without Prior Notice.
We have a stream running through our property. Guests with small children and infants should contact us directly to confirm suitability of the available villas. Portacot and highchair available upon request.
Smoking is not allowed inside your villa. Guests are to smoke outside and dispose of their cigarettes appropriately. If you do smoke inside, you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
We reserve the right to charge an additional night's accommodation and any additional cleaning costs for bedspreads, drapes and carpets should the unit be damaged, soiled or left with any excessive cooking odour.
