The villa has an area of approximately 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 persons (+ a cot). The villa has three bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There are two bathrooms in the house each with a bathtub and shower, toilet and sink. Bed and bath linen are present in the house and are changed once a week. The living room has a sitting area and is nicely furnished including a dining table. In the lounge you will find sofas and a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully-equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric cooker, coffeemaker and kettle. Of course there is sufficient crockery available for six persons. In the utility room you will find a washing machine. The villa has a large terrace and a garden (200m²). Here you will find the private pool. Around the pool you will find garden furniture, parasols and deck chairs so you can enjoy the sun while relaxing in comfort. On the terrace there is a barbecue and you have access to private parking. In the house there is a Wifi connection.

Getting there
You will find this villa in a beautiful neighborhood in the village of TÃas, on Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. TÃas is situated on a mountainside which means you have a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from your villa. In the complex there are 12 large, detached villas. The beaches as well as the center of Puerto del Carmen are situated only a few minutes away by car. Puerto del Carmen is a famous tourist destination with a long beach. You will also find a beautiful promenade here which provides the opportunity for a lovely evening walk. Off the coast of Puerto del Carmen there is a large reef, ideal for divers. TÃas is a lively area with many restaurants, terraces and bars where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Canary Islands. The "Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria" church is a beautiful landmark in the city which dates back to 1796. The cemetery beside the church was established in 1799. The biggest festival of TÃas is celebrated on the 2nd of February with a big parade and a variety of activities and festivities. TÃas is also known for the wine produced at La Geria. Each of the holiday villas has a private garden with a private pool and parking space. The airport of Lanzarote is located near the capital (Arrecife), just 9 kilometers from the villa.
