Payment Policy: All Rates in British Pounds.
Prices include a weekly linen & towel change (for stays of 2 weeks or more). Additional linen & towel changes can be arranged on request at £10 per studio and £15 per one bedroom apartment.
Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, mineral water and toilet rolls can be provided on arrival for an additional £5. For a further £5 we can provide bread, butter, a bottle of wine and 4 beers. Cancellation Policy: 25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. Rules: Once reservations have been confirmed, apartment charges cannot be refunded in the interests of continually maintaining the quality of accommodation for our clients. We request an additional £100 per apartment upon reservation and this will be reimbursed once you return from your stay and our agent's apartment checks are complete and confirmed satisfactory.
