Weekly rental preferred; inquire about special pricing for extended stays.
Security+cleaning/damage deposit due at time of booking to hold reservation; Balance due no later than 30 days before arrival date. Security deposit is equal to 2 nights' rental for nightly/weekly rentals, refundable after departure (less cleaning fee).
Security deposit for extended stays based on duration, not to exceed 50% of total rate. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a $50.00 fee.
For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, and more than 15 days prior to arrival, there is a fee equal to one night's rent.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules: Rates and specials are subject to change. Security deposit may be refunded partially depending on status of condo upon checkout, special requests during stay, early departure/late cancellation, etc.
