Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.
From June 1 to Labor Day the rental rate is $1100/week, which includes the new Maine State tax on casual rentals.
September rentals are $800/week.
A non-refundable deposit of one half the rental fee is required to book the reservation. The balance must be received by June 1st.
A pet is welcomed with prior arrangement and a $100.00 cleaning deposit. The pet must be free of fleas and kept off furniture and linens (use a towel!).
$75.00 will be returned to you if there are no cleaning or damage problems.
