Apartment Martina in the District of Boeblingen Welcome to my apartment in the district of Boblingen in Deckenpfronn 35 km southwest of Stuttgart, Stuttgart Fulghafen. Are you looking for an affordable accommodation? Are you on assembly, business trip, visiting a fair or on vacation?

I offer technicians, businessmen, trade show exhibitors and visitors, and tourists, my short or long term fully furnished apartment on the top floor of an old renovated farmhouse. In the attic is the two-room apartment (44 sqm to 70 sqm floor area) with new carpeting, satellite TV, wireless Internet, DVD player, microwave and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 mx 2 m) with DVD player, stereo, (smoking) balcony with evening sun. In the living-dining area are two sofa beds (convertible to 1,4 m x 2m) and a sofa chair (convertible to 0.80 x 2m), a large dining table and a television. The apartment is very bright and always warm! The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There are always plenty of towels for you! Costs per night for 2 persons are 50 €. For addtional persons 10 € (children) or 15 € for adults. No Telephone, Flat Screen TV, Satellite TV, Professionally Decorated, Shower, Big Screen TV, Terrace, Garden View, Public Transportation Available, Parking Available, No Washer/Dryer, Skylight, Ceiling Fans 35 km away is the airport Stuttgart. WITH S-Bahn join in 30 minutes comfortably to 10 km from S-Bahnhof Gärtringen. Pick up service upon request and surcharge of 20 €.
