Sainte-Croix: World capital of the musical boxes, Sainte-Croix is one of the most extended communes of the canton of Vaud. It is also an important place for the industry of high precision.

L'Auberson: Located on the Plateau des Granges, not far from the border between Switzerlandand France, this typical "street-village" of the Jura mountain stretches over nearly one and a half kilometre.

Mauborget: At the Eastern end of the Balcon of the Jura Vaudois, Mauborget has about a hundred inhabitants. It is also a famous take-off place for parapentists.

Les Rasses: The village of Les Rasses is at the origin of the development of tourism in the area. It is the main point of departure for mountain bike rides, for walks on foot, with snowshoes, for downhill or cross-country skiing.

Les Cluds: Small and quiet hamlet with its summer/winter camping-site, Les Cluds is known far and wide. Starting point of the MARA (famous cross-country ski race), it is the paradise of Nordic skiing.

Bullet: This village still has an important agricultural activity, which guarantees a tourism that is soft and close to nature. Highest point of the commune: Chasseron, 1607 m high.
