Payment Policy: Non-refundable payment is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Basic rates are for 2 persons, regardless of age. A 20.5% tax and service charge must be added to the rates. Cancellation Policy: A 50% penalty is charged for bookings that are cancelled, in writing, 4 weeks or more prior to arrival in the summer (May 1 - Nov 30) and 8 weeks or more prior to arrival in the winter (Dec 1 - Apr 30). Cancellations made after these cut-off periods are subject to forfeiture of all monies paid. Rules: Smoking is not permitted in the cottages. A large ashtray is provided on the front porch.
