Tradewinds is a modern, colonial style, single story villa with double height ceilings throughout, The villa has been professionally interior designed to a very high standard, with superb quality furnishings, providing tasteful and comfortable accommodation. Large ceiling fans, together with the cooling trade winds give a wonderfully fresh and airy feel, even on the hottest of days. There are spectacular 180 degree sea views from all rooms.
The villa comprises two very large en-suite bedrooms, each with its own walk out verandah and a spacious sitting/dining room, with new bespoke fitted kitchen. Quality linens and towels are provided (with the exception of beach/pool towels) and changed twice weekly. Outside, there are two large terraces to the front and side of the property with comfortable loungers, umbrellas and dining furniture. Enjoy the large shared swimming pool adjacently situated, cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds.
2009 / 2010 rates: £245 per person per week for four guests; £295 per person per week for three guests and £345 per person per week for two guests. We cannot accept bookings for more than four guests
Reduced Summer Rate: £245 per person per week for two or three guests fourth guest free.
A deposit of £75 is required for each person per week booked, with the balance due ten weeks before departure. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable.We can only refund a balance if we are able to re-book your week(s).We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation. If in the unlikely event forces beyond our control render the property uninhabitable and we have to cancel your booking our only liability to you will be refund of total monies paid to us. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. The villa is a no smoking villa. We are sorry but we cannot take bookings for children under 12 as we feel the villa is unsuitable for young children. AS we do not provide beach towels please take your own.
