Both are within view of the Atlantic Ocean. Both provide direct access to Crescent Beach¿s sand and waves a few steps to the left. One of the condominium's two heated pools are on the right, within view. Privacy for the living-room side portico is provided by an owner-manicured landscape of sea-grape, palm, hibiscus and other salt-tolerant vegetation. The second portaco adjoins the master suite via sliding glass doors with screen. D4 is located on the ground floor and is a ¿flat.¿ No stairs, no elevators, no stairs inside and no stairs or elevators to access the beach. Parking is also available on the upper level by the front door. D4's specific location and lay-out in the well-mainatined complex allows vacationers to walk-in from the beach, refesh their drink, access their private restroom, or gather more toys for beach-fun without climbing stairs or waiting on elevators. The location is also envied because local fire-code does not allow open-flames on balconys; the D4 vactioner has the dune-level courtyard right-out their back door where they can use the included Weber Charcoal grill to prepare the day's catch!
