This robust and traditional, recently renovated wooden chalet is set in a very pleasant environment and provides accommodation for up to 8 persons. Via the main entrance you enter the hall which gives access to all the rooms on the ground floor and the stairs to the first floor. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a spacious lounge and dining area, a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, playroom and utility room. The modern and spacious kitchen is fully-equipped including a ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer combination. Adjacent to the kitchen, the comfortable living room and dining area features a large sofa, coffee table, TV / SAT / DVD, two tables and eight chairs made of solid wood. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a TV and a spacious wardrobe with sliding door. All the cabinets in all the rooms are custom made and are of good quality. The bathroom, located at the rear of the house, has a bathtub, two washbasins and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate. On the ground floor there is also a game room with a billiards table. Also at your disposal is a utility room with washer and dryer. By way of the stairs in the hallway you come to the first floor from where the landing provides access to three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed, a TV, bedside cabinets and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom has a wooden bunk bed, TV and wardrobe. This bedroom is ideal for children. Also on this floor is a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet as well. All bedrooms and the living room have wood / laminate flooring. The house is centrally heated by a heat pump, which provides a very pleasant temperature. A free Wi-Fi connection is available. This cottage offers a peaceful and comfortable stay with absolute privacy in a beautiful landscape.

This recently completely refurbished traditional solid wooden chalet (Roubenka) offers comfortable and luxurious accommodation for up to 8 persons. Ideal for families or group of friends. The holiday accommodation lies among the wild, protected nature of the old town of Stárkov. The house is situated not far from the famous and popular Teplicko-Adršpašské Skály rock area, in the unique, protected landscape of Broumovsko, on the Polish border. Stárkov flaunts its surrounding natural beauty, but is also rich in cultural attractions. Via the highly sophisticated reconstruction, the house has been transformed into a vacation paradise. The house is also perfect for the smallest guests as evidenced by the equipment: a crib, highchair and safety gate at the staircase to the upstairs rooms. The house is modern in design with a combination of Czech style, solidity and western standards. It is also fully and luxuriously furnished. The house has private parking. Although the house is situated along the road, you do not have to worry about traffic as it is a quiet village. In short, an ideal place to spend your vacation!
