Romantic Cottage with Lake Views - Close to Vineyards If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the Hill Country, then Lakeside Hideaway Cottage is just for you. The cottage sits on a hill with views of the lake where the Pedernales & Colorado Rivers flow into Lake Travis. Located only 35 miles Northwest of Austin in Spicewood, Texas. Lakeside Hideaway Cottage is exclusively for our Guests. Guests have the cottage all to themselves, or 2 couples or 4 friends wishing to travel together may share the cottage. The Innkeepers live just down the road to help you with anything you may need. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room with tv/dvd/vcr, cd/stereo player, videos, games, books, magazines, etc., a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a huge front porch with patio set and hammock with views of Lake Travis and the wonderful ancient limestone cliffs. On the back deck guests have their own private Hot Tub along with a patio set and propane gas grill. Guests may also arrange to have Massages or Spa Services right in the cottage. No Pets Allowed, Deck, Video Library, Secluded, Shower, Central Air Conditioning, Stereo, Balcony, Antiques, Near Seaworld, Parking Available, DVD Library, Private Gas Barbecue, Porch, Private Outdoor Hot Tub, Lake View, Maid Service Available, Golf, Lake, Ceiling Fans, Hardwood Floors, Near Six Flags, Patio

We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and Master Card. CHECK-IN Time is anytime after 3:30pm. CHECK-OUT Time is by 10:30am. 3 Night Minimum during Winter/Fall Holidays. ALL 3 nights are weekend rate. (We are happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when we are able. There shall be a charge of $25.00 per Half-Hour that you occupy the house before 3:30pm or after 10:30am if you do not request and we approve a early check-in/late check-out).

• NO More than the reserved number of guests on or in the property at anytime
• NO Visitors of Guest(s). Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION POLICY A $50.00 Cancellation Fee shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. All scheduled Massages must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or full amount of scheduled massages will be charged. Half of your total reservation amount is due with reservation form. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Valid Credit Card Number Required for Security Deposit. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
