Peaceful Country Cabin with Hot Tub -- Romantic Getaways Unwind in a Texas Style cottage that combines comfort with all the conveniences of a stylish, yet relaxing atmosphere. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. The realxing master bedroom features a Queen Size Bed with a private Master bath. The second bedroom also known as the “Lonesome Dove” room contains a Queen Size Bed and all the Texas Trimmings to fit. With a large front porch that has a hammock to relax in and a large 8 person hottub off the back porch, you can enjoy the beautiful Hill Country scenery or star gazing in the evenings no matter where you are! Here at Lonesome Dove you secluded from the scurries of the busy city life – Relax, Unwind and Renew!
Lonesome Dove Lakeside Retreat is a very private getaway. You will enjoy the peaceful, quite and relaxing atmosphere of the Country. Listen to the birds sing and watch the deer eat right out your back door. Bring the kids….there is a lot to explore in the area such as Krause Springs, Cypress Creek Canopy Tours, Wine Tasting at one of the local wineries such as Spicewood Vineyards or maybe take a ride to Marble Falls and challenge the kids to a game of Put-Put or indoor bowling at Rockhoppers. If you are lucky, you might get to see the famous Marble Falls Boat Races! Payment Policy: 3 Night Minimum during WINTER/FALL Holidays. All 3 Nights are at weekend rate. All Rates are in US Dollars.
We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa and Master Cards.
We are happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when we are able. There shall be a charge of $25.00 per Half-Hour that you occupy the house before 3:30 PM or after 10:30 AM if you do not request and we approve an early check-in and late check-out.
Guest(s) will subject to removal from the property and the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited by guest(s) if any of our policies are not adhered to. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel once you have a confirmed reservation, a $50.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged.
If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, then the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
All Cancellations must be made by phone, “person to person”. No voice messages or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations.

f you schedule a massage(s), you must give 72 hour notice of cancellation or the full amount of scheduled massage(s) will be charged.
We strictly adhere to our Cancelletion Policy and highly recommend that guest(s) purchase the Travel Insurance that is offered as an optional purchase to our guest(s). Rules: No Inside Smoking (outside only)--all cigarette butts must be in an ashtray.

• No “out of control” Parties.
• No Illegal Activity.
• Outdoor fires allowed only in the designated fire ring and/or pit on the property. Guests must verify and follow any local burn bans. Guests must use proper precaution with regard to outdoor fires.
