Payment Policy: 2 night min. except during peak seasons/holidays. Thanksgiving week at $1250/night.$US rates & subject to change without notice. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $1000.00 is refundable within ten days of departure if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt. Rules: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $1000.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date.
