This small 3-room house is suitable for 6 persons and has an area of about 48m2 (several apartments are on 2 levels). It consists of a living room furnished with a pull-out sofa bed for two persons; two bedrooms, the first furnished with two single beds, the second with a double bed; a fully-equipped kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplates with 2 burners, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker); a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace, complete with garden furniture (a table and six chairs). Bed linen is included in the rental price. For an additional fee you can rent a TV, baby set (crib, baby bath and highchair), towel set, a cleaning package and/or final cleaning. Extra services must be paid locally.

Getting there

Soustons is situated in the Landes department (Aquitaine region) in the south-west part of France, 68 km from Mont-de-Marsan, the department capital. The apartments and little houses are spread over a 5-hectare complex, 500 meters from a salt water lake and 1700 meters from the ocean. They are grouped around a huge swimming pool. The center of the resort and all shops are just 1.5 km away. A car is absolutely necessary.
All apartments, ranging from a studio apartment with "cabine" for 2/3 persons to a 4-room apartment for 8 persons, are fully-equipped: kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplates in the small houses, a microwave and dishwasher), shower, most with separate toilet and a television (for a fee).
