Condo amenities include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and men's and women's dressing rooms with showers. A turnkey office is provided with 20 flat screen digital monitor, keyboard, mouse, broadband internet with wireless router, free international calling to 60 countries, and a commercial printer.
Complimentary shuttle service stops regularly throughout the day and into the evening. The condo has one bedroom with queen size bed and the office has a trundle day bed which converts into two singles, or you may put them together for a king. There is an additional Aero bed (inflatable)which is comfortable for children or an adult. Maximum 5 persons in the unit. Minimum five nights stay December 8, 2011 - April 13, 2012. USD cash, credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX), cashier's check, money order, or personal check if far enough in advance. A 50% deposit is due at booking and final payment is due 60 days prior. A $500 security/reservation deposit is required at booking. A personal check or credit card number may be provided. Cancellation Policy: After the deposit is received there is a 10% cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled prior to 90 days. From 60-90 days there is a 50% cancellation fee. Within 60 days no refund. Rules: No smoking, no pets. Renters must follow the Season Four condominium rules and regulations. A copy is available upon arrival.
