The house is comfortably furnished and sleeps 7 persons. It consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom plus a loft with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The simply furnished kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, electric stove with electric oven, a coffeemaker and a kettle. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and contains a corner sofa and a wooden table with three chairs. Between the kitchen and dining area there is a staircase which leads to the attic. Beside the staircase and dining area there is an open living room with a sofa, two chairs, a coffee table and a fireplace and TV. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. In the attic you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom has 1 single bed and a bunk bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower. Next to the bathroom there is a washing machine. The basement / garage of the house is used for storing bicycles, sports equipment, etc. On the spacious terrace you can sit and enjoy plenty of nature and tranquility. A nice cottage in a beautiful setting, ideal for up to 7 persons.

Getting there
A simple chalet for a carefree holiday! This house is located in the village of ÄŒingov which lies on the left bank of the Hornád River on the edge of the "Slovak Paradise" National Park. It is part of the tourist area of KoÅ¡Ãarny briežok around SpiÅ¡ská Nová Ves near Smižany. In this beautiful region of eastern Slovakia you will find cliffs interspersed with gentle valleys and sparkling streams. It is a charming area for nature lovers, crossed with numerous footpaths for both relaxing and challenging walks. The cottage is located by the forest, with a few houses scattered here and there. Inside the house there is sufficient space for 6-7 persons: a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a large terrace and a garden with an outdoor fireplace. There is sufficient parking for several cars on-site. It is possible to arrive by plane to the airports of Krakow (Poland) or Poprad or Kosice (Slovakia). Transfer from these airports to the accommodation by mini-bus can be arranged in consultation with the landlord.
