The greatly skilled Chef has concocted a menu of refined and tasty dishes wisely combining an assortment of spices. Olive oil is produced in-house and vegetables from the garden are served daily

In good weather, breakfast and lunch is served outdoor, under the olive trees, in the small Berber pavilion looking out onto the garden and the swimming pool or on the panoramic terraces.
