Its beamed open plan first floor contains dining,living and kitchen areas all of which enjoy the same views over the water as the house. Downstairs are two bedrooms a bathroom, a utility room and a private front patio for the cottage. Although literally right on the water both properties are sheltered and enjoyable at all seasons of the year. They share a well maintained one acre garden filled with local and semi-tropical plants.
In addition to providing very adequate accommodation for six adults and two children, the house at Traharta provides an ideal centre for larger groups eg a group of 8 to 12 people can be accommodated in the house and cottage. The cottage is perfect for two adults and two children or four adults who do not require an enclosed bedroom.
For larger groups eg up to 14 to 18 Seagull Cottage (Holiday Rentals 405898 sleeps 6 adults) can be used. It is only three minutes walk from the other two Traharta properties and provides modern luxury accommodation.
