When you visit you will be so conveniently located - just a block and a half to the beach, and a block to all the restaurants, pubs, and shops in the village! Sundance rentals is located right next door to Seaside Villas and larger groups can rent up to 14 bedrooms. Your apartment at Sundance will be completely furnished for a comfortable vacation! The apartment has a private entrance and laundry is provided for the exclusive use of our guests. The three-bedroom unit (three baths) is approximately 1500 square feet with two kitchens (fully equipped), two living rooms and so much more. Sundance Rentals also has two 2-bedroom/2-bath and two 1-bedroom/1-bath units for rent. The 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom combine through interior connecting doors to make a 3-bedroom/3-bath unit with two livingrooms, two kitchens, 5 HDTVs, Wii Game console, XBox, and so much more. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Minimum stay 1 week - Saturday-to-Saturday (call for shorter stays off-season). Rental rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional person. All rates are subject to 11% sales tax. A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Total rental charges must be received 60 days prior to check-in. A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages. All rates in US Dollars. We accept checks or money orders. Credit cards are accepted for deposits and last minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express). Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m. All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary. Rollaway beds and cribs available. Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. (NOTE: Trip cancellation insurance covering health, weather, airline bankruptcy, etc., is widely available through third party sources - Two websites that will help you compare policies quickly and easily are InsureMyTrip.com and QuoteTravelInsurance.com.)
