Welcome to Seaside Villa, an exquisite and deluxe Siesta Key, Florida vacation rental townhouse located in the heart of Siesta Village. It is just a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants and only 1 1/2 block away from world famous Siesta Key Crescent Beach.
The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms of this Siesta Key deluxe townhome rental are fashionably decorated to give it a tropical ambience. The master bedroom has a king size bed complemented by a two person Jacuzzi tub, a full shower and a bidet. The Second bedroom contains a queen size bed while third bedroom has two twin beds.
The living room of this Siesta Key beachfront townhouse contains two leather couches and a chair, cable flat panel HD TV (50 inch screen), disk CD player, receiver, DVD and a marble fireplace. There are even some movies, CD's, games and books to let you have a relaxing time. Also included is a Wii Game Console for the kids in all of us. There is also a dining table for six vacationers. The kitchen is equipped with a Jenn-air cook top, through the door ice and water refrigerator, trash compactor, dishwasher and oven.
While staying at Siesta Key townhouse near golf course you can try you putting at some of the world famous golf courses. You can sunbathe on the beaches or swim in the ocean.

Payment Policy: NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Minimum stay 1 week - Saturday-to-Saturday (call for shorter stays off-season). Rental rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional person. All rates are subject to 11% sales tax. A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Total rental charges must be received 60 days prior to check-in. A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages. All rates in US Dollars. We accept checks or money orders. Credit cards are accepted for deposits and last minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express). Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m. All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary. Rollaway beds and cribs available. Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.
