The beautiful lanai has floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking directly out at the Gulf of Mexico from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Payment Policy: NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Minimum stay 1 week - Saturday-to-Saturday (call for shorter stays off-season). Rental rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional person. All rates are subject to 11% sales tax. A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Total rental charges must be received 60 days prior to check-in. A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages. All rates in US Dollars. We accept checks or money orders. Credit cards are accepted for deposits and last minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express). Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m. All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary. Rollaway beds and cribs available. Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. (NOTE: Trip cancellation insurance covering health, weather, airline bankruptcy, etc., is widely available through third party sources - Two websites that will help you compare policies quickly and easily are InsureMyTrip.com and QuoteTravelInsurance.com.)
