Apartment Via Enrico Fermi Spectacular Sea Views in Siderno 2 bedroom apartment with roof terrace (40 sqm) and a balcony in Siderno, South Italy. 1 h 15 min from Lamezia Terme Airport. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and in the lounge a bed-sofa for 2 persons. Kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 laundry room. 5 min walk to beach (The Ionian Sea),10 min=shopping centre, 5-15 min=city centre with shops, cafés and restaurants. In Siderno they have the 'Lungomare' 2 km of promenade along the beach and there are also fishing so you can easily be served various fish and mussels. Calabria is bounded to the west by the Tyrrhenian Sea, and to the east by the Ionian Sea. The capital city of Calabria is Catanzaro. In Calabria you can also visit olive oil factories, wine yards with wine making, farms with cheese and sausage production. Calabria is famous for its delicious food. From Siderno you can easily visit the beautiful mountains, ancient village Gerace, big town Reggio di Calabria, beautiful tourist towns Tropea, Pizzo and Capo Vaticano. The apartment is newly furnished with the main furniture. We have only had time to begin decorating it. All the lamps are in crystal from Venice. Doors to the terrace have mirrows on the outside to protect from the sun and heat and also to minimize transparency. The bathroom cabinet has a door with 'touch' opening. The kitchen drawers have dampers to close them gently.
