There are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two twin rooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Downstairs is a basin and WC, a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, the cottage has its own garden as well as off road parking and shared use of a games room. With Chatsworth House, Alton Towers and the whole Peak District National Park close by, Brocksopp Cottage makes an ideal base for a family or friends, all year round.

Full oil fired central heating, additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridges, dishwasher. Freezer and washer/dryer in utility room. Colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel, power and initial supply for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawn and patio with furniture. Shared outdoor area and games room. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: The owner provides 1 free ticket for Chatsworth House and Gardens per person during its open season (weekly bookings only). Note: Private water supply from spring. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
