Apartment Kerber: Out of Bed Directly into the Ski - Fun The Kerber apartment house is situated in a marvellous spot in a sunny hillside location at the Geigenbühel. From here you have a unique view of Seefeld and the surrounding mountain scenery.The 'Schmankerl-Alm' restaurant with sun patio, located right next to the ski slope is open throughout the winter. Our customers enjoy cheaper admission to the Seefeld Olympic indoor swimming pool. We are a founding member of the Seefeld - Wildmoos golf club (30% discount on green fees) and of the Seefeld Golf Academy (50% discount on green fees)! Further information: We offer apartments ranging from 32 to 100m² in size, comprising one to four rooms and sleeping 2-7 persons.

Payment Policy: Rates are in Euros.
The daily rate is calculated for 2 persons, any further person is an extra € 7,- (winter 15,-) per day, children up to the age of 3 cost € 5,- (winter children up to 3 free) per day.
Extra Charges: final cleaning Typ I: € 38,- (winter 39,-), overnight tax is € 1,20,- per day and person over 15 years, check-in is from 3 pm on, check-out is latest 10 am. When you arrive later than 19.30 we ask you to inform us by telephone or e-mail.
Admission cheaper to the Olympic swimming center Seefeld. In Summer Admission free to the swimming center Alpenbad Leutasch. For dogs we charge € 9,- per day, with dog the final cleaning will rise up to Euro 8, more, garage cost is € 7.- per day.
Paying methods: cash in Euro or EC-card, Visa card or MasterCard. The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply, area of legal jurisdiction is Innsbruck. Cancellation Policy: we charge a deposit of 30% 2-3 months before your vacation. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
