Payment Policy: 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation,plus a security deposit (refunded within 10 days from check out, provided there is no damage to the Townhouse and the Townhouse is left clean. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. All payments must be in the form of certified check or money order. We also accept wire transfers. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 60 days of reservation in order to receive a full refund. Rules: Due to Town Ordinances, no more than 7 people are allowed to rent unit any given week.
