Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US dollars.
Notes: Taxes 11.5%, Cleaning $60. Refundable damage deposit: $200.
Deposit in US dollars of one night's rent is due within 10 (ten) business days within date of booking. Full payment is due 30 days within date of arrival. Personal checks, money orders, travelers' checks, and bank drafts in US dollars are acceptable forms of payment.
A cleaning fee of $60 will be added to the room rate in addition to 11.5 percent sales tax, required to be collected by the County of Walton Beach and the state of Florida. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refundable up to two (2) weeks before arrival date, less a $10 handling charge. Refunds are forfeited for full or partial cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before rental was to begin. Deposits are not refunded or transferable because of inclement weather. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
This property has been decorated with attention to detail and designed to provide a restful, calm, and soothing environment for one or two people, although three people can be accommodated. Should you accidentally damage any item, please let me know so we can arrange for replacement. In addition, pets are not allowed. And no smoking is allowed in the condo.
