Villa in Paradise with Stunning Sea-View, Fresh-Water Pool and A Max. of Privacy We are located only 3 km from center Savusavu Town at Lescevia Road half way to Cousteau Resort. Our luxury Villa Maracuja is nestled into a beautiful landscaped 2 acres property with a lot of flowers, fruit-trees and different palms. The property is at the end of a private road with a maximum of tranquility and privacy. No trespassing and traffic. From the terrace you have a stunning view over the Savusavu Bay. In the Savusavu Bay you can enjoy snorkeling and swimming without fear and danger. Throughout the year the water remains around 26 C and the underwater world with beautiful fishes and corals is awesome. Villa Maracuja is fully equipped and for your entertainment you have satellite TV, DVD-Player, Radio and broadband internet. To cool down you can swim or plash in our large freshwater swimming-pool. From the terrace you can watch the sunsets, the yachts, ferry-boots and sometimes the cruise liners from overseas coming into Savusavu harbor.
Our luxury and spacious Villa Maracuja has 2 master sleeping rooms with king-sized beds and a smaller bedroom, a wide living room with open-plan dining and kitchen, It’s only a short walk downhill to the beach or to Cousteau Resort -- great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, boating and fishing. We will pick you up at Savusavu airport and for a good welcome you will have fruits and drinks in your fridge for a good start of your holidays. For smaller families with smaller budget we offer Villa Blue Banana with one master-bedroom, bathroom and a big living room with open dining and full equipped kitchen. Villa Blue Banana has a large deck and an absolute stunning sea-view. Pick up from Savusavu airport, starter pack, maid service and broadband internet access (your PC) is included in the tariff. We are residents of Savusavu and live nearby which can be very helpful during your stay. Tax rates are 20% and include VAT and HTT. Taxes must be added to the above tariffs and are subject to change. Cancellation Policy: •Deposit and cancellation policy 50% Deposit due at time of booking. 50% balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days and over full refund, 59 days or less monies are non refundable. If deposit monies or balance are not received within stated time frames we will assume that you have canceled your booking with us unless by arrangement. These conditions also apply to cancellations due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or flight rescheduling or flight cancellations. Travel insurance is recommended. A fully refundable $500 Fiji Dollar damage bond is payable on arrival and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection on departure. Non recoverables such as bank charges/surcharges cannot be refunded and will be deducted from any refund where applicable. All refunds/payments are in the local Fiji Dollar currency.
