Ref 8327 Sun Rise Cottage is a semi detached cottage located one mile from Saundersfoot near Tenby on the Pembrokeshire Coast. This cottage sleeps four people in one bedroom with one double and two single beds, with a family bathroom. The living accommodation is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside the cottage is a shared gravelled patio with furniture, along with shared use of a large lawned area with furniture and off road parking for one car. Within easy reach of lovely sandy beaches, Sun Rise Cottage is an ideal base for a coastal break for a small family holiday.

Gas central heating throughout. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared gravelled patio with furniture and BBQ plus shared use of large lawned area with garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome (to be kept on lead at all times due to chickens). Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 3 mins walk, restaurant 1 min walk. Pubs and restaurants 1 mile. No Telephone, No Smoking, No Washer/Dryer, Parking Available, No Dishwasher, Child Friendly

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
