The park contains many species of plants and is classified as a botanical garden. The house is situated at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level and is only 800 meters from the village of Sassetta where you will find everything you need such as a mini-supermarket, restaurants and coffee bars. The sea and beaches of Marina di Castagneto are 12 km away and help make this area an ideal destination for a complete and relaxing holiday. The recently renovated house is luxurious and comfortable and has been divided into three apartments - a large apartment on the first floor and two spacious apartments on the ground floor. The accommodations are bright, like the lining of the kitchens and bathrooms and all apartments have a friendly and fresh authentic appearance. Guests can use the large swimming pool which is also available for guests of the adjacent villa. From all apartments you have a wonderful view of the “Pian delle Vigne‿ valley and beautiful surrounding villages. The apartments on the ground floor can be connected by way of a door, so if you have a large family or are vacationing with a larger group, these are ideal. There is ample private parking available.
