This beautiful villa has a total area of approximately 160m² and can accommodate 8 to 12 persons. The house has two floors. The ground floor contains a spacious living room with a large fireplace, a table with 12 chairs and two double bed sofas. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped including, among other things, a gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, Italian and Dutch coffeemakers and a dishwasher. Also located in the kitchen is a small wooden table and a sofa. From the living room you have access to the garden with its elegant gazebo complete with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor you'll find the first bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. Via an internal staircase you can reach the top floor. There are 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed (each). The third bedroom is furnished with a double and a single bed sofa. Two of the bedrooms share a common terrace from where you have a beautiful view. The house is comfortably furnished and has central heating and a TV with satellite connection. In every room of the house there is sufficient closet space.
