Dog Friendly Beautiful Two-Story Townhouse with Ocean View MANRESA OCEANVIEW TOWNHOUSE: Comfortable 3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bathrooms (1,846 sq. feet) Townhouse with a large wrap-around deck and ocean views. Tastefully furnished and cozy with a wood burning fireplace. This vacation getaway has been in our family since before it was completed. Our townhouse is situated on a bluff above Sand Dollar Beach in the relaxed neighborhood of Canon del Sol approximately 12-min south of Santa Cruz, California. Beach access via a private trail and stairs through the native coastal landscape is a short 5-min walk from our front door. If you happen to bring Grandma (like we do) and/or need to transport stuff to the beach, you can access the beach through the road to Manresa State Park right next door. Either way, you and your family are just minutes from the waves & sand of the Pacific Ocean. Leave your stress behind! At our home you will enjoy fresh air and ocean views all the way over to Monterey on a clear day, while lounging on the deck and many places inside our home. You will have the opportunity to observe both the marine and land wildlife, including singing birds, playful dolphins and majestic whales during their migration. Additional amenities include a gated pool and hot tub, tennis and basketball courts (just 1 block away) as well as the endless beach (well, 7-miles can seem endless.) It’s great for the young and for the one who is young at heart. This unique area of the California coastline allows for miles of unobstructed access – both north and south. Whether you leisurely stroll or vigorously jog along the sands - sunrise to sunset, the beach is your playground. In addition, there are great hiking trails for all ages at Manresa State Park next door. Be sure to enjoy kayaking and often viewing the playful sea otters up close, at Moss Landing that is short 15-min drive away. The little town of La Selva Beach is a 5-min drive & the KOA campground is a 10-mins. walk if you enjoy a morning newspaper. Our two-story townhouse sleeps up to 8 and is spacious, clean, comfortable and a place you and your friends & family can unwind. We have a new stove, gas BBQ and all the basic kitchen supplies you need. There is also cable TV, wireless internet and a stereo in the big room that includes the entire top floor except the master bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom with a new king bed has an attached full bath, large closets for storing suitcases, deck access and wonderful views of the State Park. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a new Queen bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and twin trundle beds. Upto 4 people can sleep in this bedroom. The first storeyed also has a full washer and dryer, full bathroom with shower/Tub and access to the two car garage. There is also parking in the driveway for another car and several free marked parking spots on the street in front with no permits required. We have lots of sand toys, new tennis rackets & balls and ping-pong gear! In order to get 2 cars in the garage, the ping pong table can be folded up and put out of the way.
