It’s an ideal place to enjoy quiet and silence, far from any sort of noise, you can reach it by car running through a private track about 1 km long The house is an oasis of peacefulness with a fantastic sea view surrounded by 60.000 square meters field of olives, almonds, Indian figs and others typical Mediterranean trees.

The landlord produces olive oil and other vegetables, the meals are prepared with typical and natural food. The near coast and beaches are washed by a crystalline and clean seawater. This B & B is a perfect starting point for daily excursions to the historical, archaeological and naturalistic places of Trapani’s and Palermo’s areas such as Mozia, Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Marsala, Monreale, the Natural Reserves of Zingaro and Monte Cofano, etc.…. Guests are welcomed like family’s friends and if requested, excursions to the above mentioned places can be provided. Transfers to and from Palermo’s or Trapani’s airport can also be arranged. Guests may find at San Vito lo Capo: diving, shopping, horses-riding, boat renting.

on the ground floor a room with a large bed and a room with 2 single beds, both rooms do share a large bathroom on marble with shower. Furniture and fittings are of advanced quality. • on the first floor the other room, which can be considered a Suite having a twin bed and separated by an open wall a single bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a small fridge and a terrace with sea view. Furniture and fittings are of superior quality. In case of necessity, for a family with 4 persons, an additional bed can be easily added without prejudice to living room left. Without doubts, this place to stay can be considered very particular, outside of normal structures where quietness is constant. The rooms are supplied with bed linen and towels, (the maintenance of the bath will be every 2 days), the change of linen and towels once a week. Upon request, dinner can be provided with an extra cost of 15/20 euro per person (drinks excluded) giving to the host the opportunity to taste typical home made Sicilian food.
