Beti Ana apartment provides 2 Bathrooms, the main one with a bathtub, the second bathroom with shower. The living room/dining room and the integrated kitchen form a wide space that is situated in an angle of the housing. Also the four windows and the clear tones of the walls make this place clear and bright. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with any kitchenware you could possibly need, including high range household appliances. The Beti Ana apartment provides optional parking space.

The Urumea River separates Gros from the Old Town and from the City Centre by two different bridges, giving it an obvious closeness to them. It borders on the Bay of Biscay at North, on the Ulia Mountain at East and on the Urumea River and the Kursaal Convention Centre at West. La Zurriola Beach, the newest of them all in San Sebastian, is located in this neighbourhood. It is very popular among surf lovers and professional surfers and it is also just a five minute stroll away from La Concha Beach.

At the end of the promenade along La Zurriola, at the side of the Ulia Mountain, there is an area of houses, pintxo bars and pubs called Sagües. It is a favourite spot among young people.
