Kursaal Apartment in San Sebastián The Kursaal apartment stands next to the spectacular Kursaal Conference Centre and just opposite the largest beach in San Sebastian, the Zurriola beach, a favourite among surfers. The apartment is in a fully refurbished building. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second a hideaway. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

It is decorated with quality furniture and is very comfortable. It is well cut off from the noise of the street and has all the features and conveniences you need for an unforgettable holiday. The Gros district is well connected to all other areas of the city, with buses every 5 minutes. Broadband internet wifi is available in Kursaal Apartment.

Gros is the most dynamic and fashionable district in the city, with excellent tapas bars, pubs, concerts... and of course surfing, the area's top attraction. As you can see on the map, the apartment is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot; just a few metres from the Old Quarter and the shopping zone in the romantic area.

On foot its just 5 minutes from the city's best known beach, the Concha, with enchanting walks like Mount Urgull. Or you can take a circular route, following the Paseo Nuevo against the magical backdrop of the wild Cantabrian Sea, round to the fishing harbour and from there back to the Old Quarter. The Urumea River separates Gros from the Old Town and from the City Centre by two different bridges, giving it an obvious closeness to them.

It borders on the Bay of Biscay at North, on the Ulia Mountain at East and on the Urumea River and the Kursaal Convention Centre at West. La Zurriola Beach, the newest of them all in San Sebastian, is located in this neighbourhood. It is very popular among surf lovers and professional surfers and it is also just a five minute stroll away from La Concha Beach.
