If Cancellation 45-31 days of arrival there is US$100.00 penalty, If 30 to arrival the reservation is non-refundable.
Bookings canceled up to 91 days before arrival date full refund, after 90 to 61 days full refund less US$100.00 per room deposit, 60-46 days 50% penalty on room cost and days or less no refund. Rooms that are held without deposit in hand 90 days prior to arrival will be released. Unsold rooms must be released 91 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalty. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
