Apartment is modern and easily caters for 4 people but can accommodate as many as 6 as there is a sofa bed in the Living Room, on which 2 more people can sleap on. Apartment is situated on the outskirts of San Pedro just off the main road. The location is yet very quiet and relaxing and specially recommended for people who enjoy beaches, walking, cycling and water sports. Free bicycle hire is available on request, see details below. The apartment has got air conditioning. Rental Rates per week for 4 people: For more then 4 people 25uros charge is applied. Changeover day preferable Saturday. 50 euros extra cleaning charges on departure per booking. Long Term Rental available for 6 months or 12 months for 370euros per month + 2 months deposit + 1 month rent in advance. Cancellation Policy: 150 euros booking deposit is required to reserve a slot this deposit is non refundable. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Breakages deposit to be paid with balance which is 100euros. This deposit is refundable subject to satisfactory property inspection. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. LONG TERM RENTAL AVAILABLE - 360 EUROS PER CALENDAR MONTH + BILLS. SUBJECT TO CONTRACT.
