In low season, a deposit of one night’s rent is due within 7 business days from the day of booking. In high season, Holidays and Eastern, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is due within 7 business days from the day of booking. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. Cancellation Policy: We do not refund the amount of the reservation, but can be credited for a future stay during one year. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
