Huge Penthouse in Condado Area Ideal for Family Our penthouse, a modern fully -equiped, offers a wonderful balance of hotel comfort and the warm of a family residence, with all that you may need. Feel just like home! Enjoy a great location in the popular Condado area of Puerto Rico's capital city.
Our penthouse provides beautiful views of the city and spots of the Atlantic Ocean. It is centrally located within easy walking distance of tourist attractions, local amenities, five blocks from sandy beaches, popular restaurants, resort, hotels, the best casinos, theaters, and fashionable stores. Also, it is only three miles from the historic district of Old San Juan and three miles from the biggest shopping center in the caribbean “Plaza Las Americas”.
Closer to our penthouse, for extraordinary meals, enjoy the finest in regional and international restaurants (French, Asian, Latin, and Italian cuisine). Nevertheless, you can find a lot of fast food restaurant like: Fuddruckers, Denny’s Restaurant, Starbucks Cafe, Pizzeria UNO Chicago Bar and Grill and many others. You could enjoy your favorite beverages and cocktails in the pubs, bars or in the lobby of the hotels near to our location.
Our 3,000 sq feet penthouse is huge and modern. The terrace, living room, dining room, and kitchen areas are spacious and free flowing. The dining table is for eight people. The living room provides seating for at least eight people and has glass windows display beautiful outside views and which provides natural illumination. A separately family room includes a large 42” flat-screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, coffee maker, wine cooler, modern stove and refrigerator with ice maker. There is also a laundry room within the penthouse complete with full-size washer and dryer.
Whether it is a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset, you spend most of your time enjoying in our big ter race 22'x 22'. Taxis and public transportation are easily available. For stocking the kitchen during your stay, the supermarket and mini grocery are just 2 blocks from the penthouse.
Our penthouse has easy access to major highways and is conveniently located across the street from a major supermarket, five blocks from the beach, two blocks from the Puerto Rico Art Museum and walking distance from the Performing Arts Center and the Condado District’s casinos, dining and shopping. A short cab ride away is the historic Old San Juan, Plaza Las Americas Shopping Center and Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport. Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar.
A deposit of 50% of the rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages.
We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay.
You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles.
You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% of the total rental payment cancellation fee or $100, whichever is greater.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. Rules: NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate $75.00 per day. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
Rates subject to change without notice, up to the receipt of the first payment.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING –Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles.
WATER AND SEPTIC – DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or condoms should be flushed at anytime.
AIR CONDITIONING UNITS – Air conditioning should be used only when the guests are in the penthouse.
NOISE – The noise should be kept to a reasonable minimum, specially at terrace and after 9:00 p.m.
WINDOWS/GLASS DOORS - The windows and glass doors to the terrace and balconies must be closed when the guests leave the Penthouse.
BALCONY AND TERRACE- Clothes and towels are not permitted hanging in the balconies and terrace under any conditions.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given refer to final contract for details.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.
