There are a variety of shops, restaurants, an Internet cafe, casinos and fast food establishments in the Condado Tourist Area within walking distance from the condominium. Oceanfront, Gambling, Near Marina, Beachfront View, Near Casinos, Beach, Smoking Allowed, Panoramic Ocean View When you are exiting from the airport, bear right and follow the signs that say "San Juan". This will take you onto Route 26 Oeste(West). The Route 26 is called "Baldioraty De Castro". Follow this road and in 4.0 miles you will see a sign for "AVE. R.H. TODD, PDA 18, CENTRO DE CONDADO, 1/2 MILE". You will see the same sign at the exit. Turn off at the exit onto Wilson Street. Take the second left onto Calle Caribe. Proceed straight, 3 blocks, you will come upon the Marriott Hotel. Turn left onto Ashford Ave. Take the next right, at the lights, onto Condado Avenue. Follow the street until the end. Condominium Stella Maris is the last building on the left facing the ocean(Condado #1).

Cancellation Policy: REASONABLE CANCELLATION POLICY 4 weeks prior to stay: you will get a full refund of rental fee less deposit. 2-3 weeks prior to stay: you will get half refund. Less than 2 weeks: no refund. A no-refund policy for cancellations during Christmas and New Years will typically be 90 days prior to arrival. I will try my best to re-rent the condo so that I will be able to give you a full refund regardless of the time span. Rules: Please refer to the contract and Rules Document.
