Oceanfront Villa with Views, Infinity Pool and Private Tennis Court This unique private estate features breathtaking 180 degree views of the Pacific coastline, heated infinity swimming pool and private lighted tennis court. Casa Melissa is located in the small fishing village of San Francisco (called San Pancho by the locals) just 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta.

Casa Melissa has ocean views to the north, west and south. From the house and terrace you can see Punta Sayulita to the south and on a clear day you can even see the outline of San Blas to the north. Because Casa Melissa is located on a point over the ocean the views are uninterrupted and spectacular.

Amenities of this villa include a 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a private lighted tennis court and a heated "Infinity" swimming pool. Casa Melissa is for those who want to get away from it all, to relax in luxury surrounded by the natural beauty of the Mexican Riviera.

During the day watch whales, dolphins and rays pass below as you enjoy a drink on the terrace or relax in the pool. In the evening the sunsets are breathtaking! Casa Melissa is tropical Mexico as you dreamed it would be.

All bedrooms have ocean views and remote controlled air-conditioning. All rooms (except one bathroom) have ocean views and ceiling fans. There is a whole house water purification system, English speaking staff, full kitchen, satellite TV, high speed wireless internet - all the things make your stay at Casa Melissa a true vacation.

We are now offering our newly remodeled Casita for larger groups or when part of a group would like more privacy. The Casita is a bedroom suite with a queen size bed and kitchenette. There is a microwave, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator and sink. There is also a bathroom with shower featuring hand painted Mexican tile. The Casita opens on to a spacious terrace with ocean view that overlooks the tennis court.

Whales migrate between October and February. See them from the terrace or get close-up on a boat in the Bay of Banderas. As a nature lover you can enjoy tropical birds flying by or go on a bird watching tour. Observe iguanas, geckos, tajones or tour the turtle nursery and help release the baby turtles into the ocean. Ocean kayaking, snorkeling and hiking in the palm jungle or on the mile long beach are the best ways to enjoy the tropical paradise.
