Surfer's Sand Castle
Surfer's Sand Castle has two bedrooms, two bathrooms beach condo just a walk from the Pacific Beach / Mission Beach ocean front boardwalk. You are only minutes away from San Diego's hottest and most visited sights and beaches. It is a two story unit. It has a private large roof deck. To the west you have a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean and all the beautiful sunsets that come with it. As night falls, to the east enjoy the city night-lights as well as the spectacular fireworks over Sea World Park during the summer months.
The second unit, named Champagne Sands, is a single story Luxury Condo with all the comforts of home. The porch deck gives you a clear view to the beach and the sunsets while providing a great place to relax. The granite kitchen counters, the Viking Stove, the tiled floors, the jacuzzi tub in master bath and the multi-head shower system in second bath include the main amneties.. The one car garage also has a washer and dryer. The unit has cable TV service, fireplace and DVD player.
The duplex is conveniently located in Mission Beach to many restaurants (Boardwalk Bistro, Volters Cafe) are only one block away. Surfari Surf School sets up their beach rental shop on the beach in front of our unit, where you can rent surf boards, boogie boards or take some lessons. On The Bay Side, there is the Mission Bay Aquatics center where you can rent boats, jet skis and other water craft. The Center is on the bay side of Santa Clara street, which is one block over form Ostend Court.
The World Famous San Diego Zoo is 15 minutes away. There are several restuarants within walking distance. The Boardwalk Grill is around the corner, as well as Voltero's deli, a small bakery with excellent cinnamon buns and a rental shop, Cheap rentals with Bikes, Boogey Boards, Surf Boards and other beach accessories.
