Modern, Recently Remodeled Heart of South Mission Beach Remodeled in 2010 this unit includes all stainless steel appliances and marble floors throughout the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Set in the heart of South Mission Beach only steps from the beach and bay. Belmont park is only a short walk away for a full day at an amusement park and there are markets, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The unit is perfectly oriented to the California sun. Soft sunrises in both bedrooms and a large west facing living room make for a happy setting.

Both bedrooms have king sized beds with memory foam pads and 28 flat screen TVs. The living room has a 48 flat screen with cable, DVR, and DVD. Our bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with porcelain tile and the master has two sink bowls and large enough area for two to get ready. The balcony is cozy with a large BBQ grill and we have surfboards, beach towels, beach cruisers, and beach toys for the kids. Ocean View, Swimming, Safe Swimming Beach, No Pets Allowed, Shower, Garden View, Balcony, Near Seaworld, Beachfront, Near Pier, Near Marina, Near Boardwalk, Coin-op Washer/Dryer, Near Casinos, Beach, Wheelchair Accessible, Golf, Waterfront, Near Amusement Park, Amusement Parks From the airport follow signs to downtown/ 5 North. Merge onto 5 North and take the "Beaches" exit. Take your first right at Sports Arena Blvd. Follow signs for Mission Bay Drive on your right and head straight till you see the roller coaster. Turn left at Mission Blvd and head down about 1/4 mile and the building will be on your left on Ensenada Ct.
