Spectacular Home on Williams Lake 15 miles south of Salmon Idaho lays a gorgeous natural lake known as Williams Lake. The lake provides excellent fishing, water sports, abundant wildlife and scenery. On the south shore we have 3 adjacent homes available for rent. This makes these properties ideal for larger groups that want to share the experience of the Idaho wilderness together.
This spectacular a one of a kind A-Frame built by Earnest Hahn, a well known developer from southern California, in the mid sixties, it is in absolute original condition including the all of the original pastel vinyl furniture. It is said that both Bob Hope & Richard Nixon were guests of Mr. Hahn and stayed in this very house!
There are alot of steps down to the house from the driveway & both bedrooms & bathrooms are located up a steep cirgular stairway in the house. Therefore this property would not be appropriate for people who either have trouble or don't like to go up & down quite a few steps & stairs. Payment Policy: $300/night, 4 day minimum, $1500/week, $300 deposit including a $125 non-refundable cleaning fee. Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival or if we can re-book for the same dates. Otherwise we will negoitiate a refund depending on the specific circumstances of the cancellation. Rules: Additional $50 deposit for each pet. Use all the facilities & amenitires, including the boats & boat dock at your own risk. The tennant is responsible for any accidents, damage or injuries that may occur while renting our facilities. Wear a life jacket at all times while boating on the lake.
