In this luxurious villa in Sainte Maxime everything is located on the ground floor. Perfectly suited for 6 persons. The living room is L-shaped and has a half open kitchen with oven, microwave, two refrigerators with freezer compartments and lots of cookware. Everything you need is present: coffee maker, kettle and complete dinnerware. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed the other has three single beds. In the living room there is a couch which can be converted to a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The living room is cozily furnished and even has a fireplace. From the furnished terrace you can enjoy the splendid surroundings till your heart's content!

Sainte Maxime lies on the Mediterranean coast in the south of France. It is situated on the same bay as St. Tropez, which is only a few miles away by ferry. The house is located in a residential area, halfway up a coastal hill. This beautiful bungalow stands on a slope and is accessible by a stairway. Thanks to its high location you have an excellent view of the surroundings. The sea is only a mile away. A quiet location with plenty of privacy. You have free use of the large swimming pool and the tennis court. Two mountain bikes are at your disposal, which are certainly useful in this area. The bungalow occupies a 600m2 private plot. In the immediate vicinity you will find quaint towns and beautiful beaches as well as forests and mountains.
