Whenever cancellation by the renter occurs less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, the downpayment paid by the renter will be retained and the final payment will be reimbursed in the following manner: * Less twenty percent (20%), if the cancellation takes place between thrity (30) and sixteen (16) days before the arrival date. * Less fifty percent (50 %), if the cancellation takes place between fifteen(15) and eight (8) days before the arrival date. * Retained in full (100 %), if the cancellation takes place seven (7) days or less before the arrival date.
