Payment Policy:

• All Rates in Euros.
• Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
• Final cleaning included non-mandatory 100 EUR.
• Complete packet(Bed linen, bath towel, bath towel, bath mats, tea towels) : 10.00 EUR / pers.
• Electricity, Heating, Product pool, & Including water are included in Rates.
• Special Conditions : 3% discount for 2 weeks, 5% at 3 weeks.
• 3 hours of cleaning on Saturdays for leasing as two weeks.
• Deposit required : 500 EUR.
• The rent is payable directly to Provence Villas Selection GmbH as follows: an amount of 30% upon acceptance of the booking contract by international bank transfer or by Visa or MasterCard ..The balance 42 days prior to the provision of premises by international bank transfer.The premises shall be deemed effectively reserved for the tenant upon receipt of the deposit to the account of Provence Villas Selection GmbH.A deposit shall be binding Provence Villas Selection and the owner until the date of the payment.If by that date, the rental has not been remedied by the payment of the total amount provided in the Commitment of seasonal furnished rental, said commitment will be considered null and void.In this case, Chapter 7.Cancellation of Rental Terms and Conditions applies. Cancellation Policy:

• Provence Villas Selection concluded cancellation insurance. This coverage is automatic and free of charge. It applies from the payment of the deposit by the tenant. In a cancellation by the tenant, it is ensured in the framework of strict conditions of insurance the tenant can read on the website of Provence Villas Selection.
• In case of cancellation by the tenant under the insurance cancellation and the tenant can prove the reason for the cancellation by providing the documents required by the insurance, Provence Villas Selection will reimburse the amount of rent that will already paid less the insurance premium and 100 EUR for administrative costs. The cancellation by the tenant must be made at writing (email) at Provence Villas Selection.
• In case of cancellation by the tenant for reasons other than those provided in the Terms of Insurance, he loses the amount he already paid. These will be refunded, less the insurance premium and 100 EUR for administrative costs, if Provence Villas Selection can relet the holiday accommodation on the same terms. If the relocation is done at a lower price, the tenant is entitled to reimbursement of the rent prorated deduction of insurance premiums and EUR 100 in fees.
• Cancellation by the owner is provided as stipulated in the Terms of Insurance. No other cause of cancellation can be accepted by the owner and Provence Villas Selection can not be held liable for the breach of obligations of the landlord against the tenant.
• Cancellation insurance as mentioned in this article 7. is only valid if it is specifically mentioned in the Commitment of seasonal furnished between the tenant and Provence Villas Selection. Rules:
