Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.
Based on a 2 - 4 person rental. Maximum: 6 persons. Extra persons $20. per day.
We provide discounts for extended stays and for 2 person rentals.
A 10% island government bed tax applies to all rental totals. No additional charges!
We require a 5 night minimum stay. To keeps costs down, we accept checks and PayPal only (cashier's check, personal check, credit card check, money order or bank draft).
One half the rental amount secures your reservation. Balance of payment is to be remitted 30 days prior to your vacation.
We provide a rental agreement for our guests Cancellation Policy: In the event that your flight to Grand Cayman has been cancelled due to a Government issued hurricane warning, you will be given a voucher for your deposit good for one year. If a hurricane is anticipated to hit Grand Cayman within 24 hours of your visit, you may cancel your reservation and will be given a voucher for your deposit good for one year. Seasonal rates apply. Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice.
