Payment Policy: 50% deposit is required at time of reservation. Payment can be made by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. The balance of rental is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rental rates are subject to a 10% Cayman Tourism Tax. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non refundable unless the dates are rebooked. Refunds are based on the portion of the reservation that can be rebooked. Dates can be rescheduled with no penalty one time, although discounts may be voided. Seasonal rates will apply to rescheduled dates. If you cancel your reservation after payment has been made, we will make every attempt to re-book those dates. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, you will be refunded 90% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be rebooked the monies paid may not be returned.
